You're missing the point yet again.

The point is, no one here knows fact from fiction. We can all make up theories to spin a narative - it doesn't make it true. We're not here waiting for book 4 in a murder mystery series. We are investors, and by law investors need to be informed to make... da dum tish... an informed decision on our investment.

So the facts are:
1. We need more money to fund a contract with Infineon to design a memory controller interface. Never mentioned previously in the past 10 years. Never mentioned in any investor presentation. Never mentioned at any AGM. Never mentioned period as a company strategic goal. Now stated as a "necessary step" to progress a memory semiconductor IP that by most accounts is "done" and is to be sold off.
2. The CR to get those funds was at a discounted price of 6.5c with 1:1 options, and then reduced further to 5.5c with 1:1 options with the same strike price, and then withdrawn entirely.
3. The CR was never mentioned when queried about at the AGM, in fact it was denied.
4. The interim results of PL5 due mid-Q4 2024 are late / missing.
5. The receipt of PL6 are late, as they were stated to be "received by Christmas".
6. Agreements with Imec have now expired and hgas not been renewed thus far.

Those are the facts that we as investors have to go by. This is not a positive spin or negative spin... just facts. No theorising and making stuff up to fill the blanks.

Whats also fact is Dave himself has stated he doesn't understand this technology in multiple pod casts, yet he is supposed to be leading the company. We're also paying Guido ~300k to be an advisor to Dave and paying Peter whatever his salary is to advise Dave on strategy as has been stated in annual reports.

The golden question is why is this company so poor and incompetent at communicating and marketing? This company should not be this far along in its development and be valued so low.

Now people can make up all the wildest theories in the world about Infineon, be my guest. I'll start, Infineon are building into their semiconductors the capability to send out ultra-high frequency binary signals thats enabling frogs to become non-binary. Like a digital version of CRISPR.
