Must be a good size well established tree, plus you are in the ideal climate for mangos
I have 'Kensington Pride', the one with fruit is not that old, a much smaller one like bit over a meter high gave me 1 mango last year and another small one yet older needs some attention, really sandy soil here.
Dare say a few years before I get more mangos than I can give away or eat without the need to freeze
Bowen is a 'Kensington Pride' they grow true to type from seed but take quite some years to fruit, if you are going to graft do so from a tree that has already produced fruit
