as a staunch coalition supporter i never thought i would find myself singing the praises of an ALP politician but i have to say, i have been very impressed with Anna Bligh's handling of the Queensland floods.
politics aside, she has seemed very genuine and to be quite frank, a good person.
not sure why she has been so unpopular in queensland but she seems to be doing a good job in the midst of this disaster.
