No chance. TrustPilot is reviewing the star ratings and Splitit now has 22% reviews as 1,2 and 3 star.
Those 1 star reviews are really building up and are on track to cover one third of reviews. Splitit has some really angry customers, do something urgently. The business model is wrong, you can't have merchants mi selling the product as well as paying high fees for it, as well as having their cashflow crimped, as well as getting shocking reviews about scams, goods not received, no refunds, cards getting charged, limits being hijacked and Splitit customer service being uncontactable. It is terrible and Splitit only jumps on bad reviews with a pre filled statement justifying all that the customer rightly complains about. Terrible, Splitit needs to do something
