Hi Tana,

Our view is that uranium is in a new bull market.

The price looks set to reach US$100 per pound within 12 months.

Keep in mind, uranium is cheaper, and generates less greenhouse gasses than burning fossil fuels.

Thats why 58 nuclear reactors are under construction, with another 479 planned or proposed. This compares with 441 currently in operation.

Without additional mine output, supply is unlikely to match demand.

As I say, we see US$100 a pound within the next year. A notable drop in the U.S. dollar might see the price revisit the high of US$138.

This is why uranium is such a hot sector right now.

And Paladin Energy is one company that can be expected to go higher.

In fact, we're targeting $7.30 in the short term.

Helping the share price along is the news that GE Asset Management has acquired a 6.1% stake.
