    Cash was not necessary right now.
    The raise may well be a good sign.
    Perhaps current deal negotiations require access to cash?
    Clients entering deals with us right now know that revenue from the deals will take some time so cash backing would be a major issue.
    As we do not need cash right now something is on in the background.
