Most of the people who buy iPhones want the latest model. I know of many who upgrade every year. I myself wait until there's a significant update before upgrading. I'm still on an iPhone 11 and it still does what I need it to do. I'd love a much better battery but apart from that, it does me fine.
Also, Apple stop supporting their older phones/products after a period of time. A lot of Apps won't run unless the phone has the latest IOS version. I have until 2026 before Apple force me to upgrade.
Apple would've known about us several years ago. We haven't had the right sales team up until now. Here's hoping Fabian is what we've been missing...
