I agree with the most of what you say but believe more and more that the Nasdaq listing price may already be factored in. We are in the midst of a major conference in SF and everyone is aware of the impending listing and the SP is not moving any further north in anticipation. I would hazard a guess that news on listing will only be 25c unless there is a significant announcement to accompany it
