Acadia are still looking for a "Senior Director Regulatory Europe".
This position has been readvertised for many months on their website (I check the Acadia Careers page weekly).
I thought Acadia was supposed to be filing a Marketing Authorisation application with the EMA in Q1 this year?
Bit hard to do that with no-one directly employed for that purpose.
I was skeptical of appointing Acadia as our ROW partner, and I continue to be.
I understand the synergies of having one pharma market Trofinetide to the world (efficiencies of scale in marketing, sales, payer management, manufacturing), but I can't help but feel we should have picked a partner with a real global presence.
