They may target $.13/s or 13c/s instead of $.30/s or 30c. The people running the Biotron are just frreaking cunning people to find all lopeholes and stay dormant to absorb as much money as they can. They did not exercise their options, they did not give reliable and audited reasons for the delay of the results analyses that have been going on for the last 2+years, they did not clarify the details of the C14 working for the commercial deal, they did not make C14 express anything about the partnership, they made the C14 related announement almost similar to that of Vectus, they did not update the finacial health of the company, they did not take any cost cutting measures, ...... They're making spelling and grammar mistakes in the ANNs. They're just taking too much in terms of salary, nepotism, cronyism, and ..., and eating too much and gettign too lazy.....
They need to prove that they're working, which can be proved if they can get an offer for the company to be acquired at $.13/s subject to SHs approval, and the SHs will reject $.13/s outrigt and propose a price higer than $.13/s. Getting the current worthless ceo out of the job will create an opportunity for a new ceo tasked with stock incentives would make new vibe and new turbo charge for better outcome. Michelle should be bold and transparent enough to bring a new ceo to execute a deadline driven growth strategy....to get the company acquired at a decent SP.
