CEL are these guys for real? Another strategic placement? Nobody cares about Toll Milling when they throw placement words in there. Guess this stock was all talk then. Private placements, add supply to the stock, suppress prices from moving, and hurt retail. If the billionaire grub wanted this on pennies on the dollar why not just let this lose all interest and then buy it for fractions? Makes no sense,.
