ICON seems like a solution to an architect's dreams, so it will have its place, a very small place, bought by the largesse of "sophisticated investors", sometimes euphemism for "those with insane cash piles from their fluked Facebook/Nvidia/Twitter/Tesla winnings looking for the next big thing". Co-incidentally, the kids' 3D printer is rattling in the background, they are enjoying printing designs they find, it's for amusement. Not for making actual widgets they actually need, ie, ICON vs FBR.
