At minimum DM should volunteer himself for a 50% pay cut until the share price is restored to where it was before he crashed it down by 50%.
Dr Guido Arnout volunteered to take a 50% pay cut post Platform 3 failure and took full responsibility for the poor results.
David is no better and should follow Guido’s example as David in this case is fully responsible for the disastrous CR in Dec 24.
No Director or Senior Executive would survive after crashing the share price. They would be terminated immediately. DM volunteering for a pay cut would be in the best interest of shareholders.
