I have yet to see or hear any one of these institutions declare openly a shorting strategy - short position/investment thesis possibly but they are very different beasts, as I'm sure you are aware. "If they have a good case she share price will decline but they have to be right" - what total BS.
And as for George Soros!!!!! I was in the UK when he "brought the process forwards" - he would say that wouldn't he!! Have you any idea how many millions of lives he destroyed?? He intentionally did as much damage as he possibly could to make as much money as he possibly could and didn't give a sh*t about who he hurt along the way!! He trashed the UK economy for years. Yeah, real nice guy and totally misunderstood!

The only thing you do have correct is that as of 2nd Dec they haven't started shorting - time will tell but I wouldn't hold my breath.
