The 'Outcomes' section of the document is saying that the purpose is to test the specificity and repeatability of EMU scans in terms of confirming NO stroke evident - as per the following:
Primary outcome 1: Specificity of EMVision brain scanner
Assessment method 1: Specificity of stroke detection algorithm when applied to the EMVision test dataset when compared to MRI radiology report
Secondary outcome [1] : Repeatability of EMVision brain scan.
Assessment method [1]: Agreement of the absence of an acute stroke between the two EMVision scan procedures conducted on each participant.
Secondary outcome [2]: Reproducibility of EMVision brain scan.
Assessment method [2]: Confirmation of the absence of an acute stroke between EMVision scans and MRI scan data.
