    Are you saying that breaches of the Corprations Act for Manipulative Trading are conditional and therefor not breaches upon the basis that the project is not yet de-risked ?

    Or are you saying, that it's happening (an acknowledgment that it is) and the only reason it's able to is because the project is not yet de-risked ?

    please do elaborate
