    Itsa, your head is in the sand.

    The Directors are Accountable for the success AND failure of the business.

    PER is a public company for crying out loud...
    They have to take responsibility for all actions of the company including their staff.

    Go check out any other public company Governance policy.

    They, if not sacked, need to at least take a pay reduction and placed on performance based incentives not just handouts like before.
