Unless I am mistaken (anyone jump in here...) they had close to 50m shares (infoseekers post yesterday) and close at $3 in Canada, so roughly $150m.
Considering PFC is taking on pretty much most the up-front risk for the project that's not a bad start I guess? I really have no gut-feel whether this is a 'good' or a 'bad' market cap :)
