pfc opens on tsxv, page-30

Good morning all....what a difference a day makes....or night in our case. GOOD SOLID opening for PFC and will be relected today in Bkp vol and SP?

As to the dicrepency re no. shares on issue the stated on TSX Venture Exchange is a total of 7 million which I think is the 'old' PENDULUM CAPITAL CORPORATION mcap???
So perhaps the Canadian exchange is not updated yet? Very confusing but will contact PFC Director (tomorrow morning 4am) and query...will advise.
