How can perhaps a boring bog standard debt financing be price sensitive. So there must be a bit extra to the transaction. Share issue of some exotic nature? Partnership? Both? For me MSB can squeak through without a CR and others are probably clamouring to get some of the action. Nice to have them come at us rather than the other way round. I feel loved. Stay tuned.
