I'm not trying to be too obtuse about this but I see a picture of a plant at night without identification and what looks like a bushfire. What one has to do with the other I'm not sure unless you are trying to say the valve issue caused an explosion or other catastrophe.
I'm also curious that if you worked on the plant or at the plant what type of NDA you had because I think you might be sailing a little close to the wind with information.
Now I'm happy to stand corrected if this has already been publicly disclosed and understand there have been issues but it's the specificity of your post that has me scratching my head.
