Spoke with Melbourne based company secretary Richard Wadley this morning.
He seems to be just as in the dark as the rest of us. Ian Macliver's Grange consulting group in Perth is running the show.

Grange have not informed Richard of any formal intent to move into the resource sector although this appears probable with the recent board member appointments.

Richard suspects that they are still "looking for a deal".

Looks like we'll have to sit on the edge of our seats a little longer.
