Looking at Edwards I'd prefer that R&D grows faster than SG&A relative to revenue. For shareholders sake I hope that AVR retains the IP and either looks to be purchased at a high price (take over) or uses a distribution model. I have little faith they can scale and sell themselves after the last attempt they had at it, which was just woeful, despite having the better product on paper.
