ALA's Baker shows how it can be done too, no discounts needed when one can demonstrate the potential of the assets.
Either Hopper and Co are too stupid or the CHM and IMU assets are crap. And again I ask, If Baker can, why can't Hopper?
RAD is out of Hopper's hands and at least the funds are secured. The sp will adjust once that has been understood by the market that the funding is backed up by Lantheus for the next years until the final t/o.
Should Dr Bec get some $$$ secured for CHM too, then Hopper sooner or later will lose control at CHM as well.
Time will tell.
