well looks like i was one afternnon out ....but glad its happenened now....what is surprissing is that traders have not really noticed CER much lateley....wonder if this mite change now....does not matter if they dont because in reality and all the maths says this is way undervalued anyway and you would think sooner or later the market will wake up to it....imo
