I do not understand why you are so annoyingly consistent with your posts protesting that brn should make an asx announcement when entering another partnership/alliance. The following explains why they don't.

Does the Entity consider the information to be information that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of its securities? (listing rule 3.1)

No, Why?

Because the companies will work together on project development that will identify a series of products that can potentially be developed, but as yet, there are no revenue streams identified.

So alliance will have no material effect and is not required to be disclosed/announced on the asx.

and there is also the following

"ASX LISTING RULES

Guidance Note 14 is To assist listed entities and their advisers to understand the operations of the ASX Market Announcements Platform (MAP) and the ASX MarketAnnouncements Office (MAO).

14. Guidelines on the contents of announcements

An announcement for release to the market must be accurate, complete and not misleading.

........

MAP should only be used to publish information that is appropriately given to ASX under the Listing Rules or the Corporations Act for publication to the market. It should not be used as a guise to publish material that is really promotional, political or tendentious in nature.

ASX may refuse to accept or publish an announcement from a listed entity that does not meet the standards described above or may require the entity to lodge a corrective announcement."


This agrees with an earlier post that stated brn's announcements had been knocked back (sorry I can't remember your name)
