That cross-section, along with the mention of anastomosing and dilational vein systems, seems to imply variability in the mineralized zone in regard to grade and thickness. If the mineralization follows within that yellow Sericite Schist rock unit between the light green two metabasalt units, then something like this is a bull case? Unlikely but possible.
The more likely bear-case is that the black pattern infill on the right-hand side of the hole trace (where lithology normally is) implies either a weird rock type thats's not in the geological legend, or possibly a zone of no sample return, which is common in deep RC drilling, and especially common if you hit water. If there is no sample return at all in that black interval and the gold was there, then they would need to drill a follow-up hole (possibly a diamond core tail).
I have not gone into the entire drill announcement yet as have other stuff on but will try to come back to it or hopefully the assays will drop soon and give everyone some answers.
