Cannot get the links to work but the news that Steve Gourlay put in $1m to the company leads off the ASX Announcement of 18 September 2024.
SG was responsible for $1m of the $11.1m raised in a share placement to "existing shareholders and newinstitutional investors" (with a $3m spp run subsequent to the placement). On top of those monies raised the company got about $1.1m from oppies being exercised and another $9m from R&D tax incentive rebates. I know some long termers here think that the company is quite profligate. Maybe, but Actinogen is flush with funds to see them through to at least the initial results of the Alzheimer’s Disease trial expected in Q3 of this calendar year. We all should know by then whether SG's convictions were misplaced.
