Unlikely that A2M will ever be taken over by AHF now or vice versa.
If Star Entertainment collapses, the contagion on the ASX will be enormous but I still do not think A2M will take over or be taken over by anyone. Perhaps it will have to go back to NZX and just trade in NZ with its primary listing of ATM.
Dean Foods has since gone to Chapter XI bankruptcy, Mengniu and Yili could not takeover A2M (or AHF) even if they wanted to.
Fonterra could make an opportunistic bid for AHF but is unlikely to ever pursue A2M/ATM.
