I fail to understand your post, which stated that 'THE price of nickel is forecast to drop to around US$12,000 a tonne BECAUS OF DECLINING STAINLESS STELL PRODUCTION, according to an industry consultant'.
How can a DECLINE in stainless steel production result in a drop in price of nickel? Reduced supply, all other things being at least equal, usually means the opposite.
