I believe Audax are mining precious gemstones at Heart's Range. They maintain the rights to gemstones but sold 85% of the non-gemstone rights to NFM. Kevin Das is mentioned as a consultant on the announcement. Regardless of your opinion of his expertise (and I accept you are not making a judgment, just asking the question), he has been involved in Northern Minerals and clearly feels confident enough to build a 5% stake in NFM. I'm going to assume he knows his stuff and that he doesn't throw around money on a whim.
I'm not sure how you come to the conclusion that the assays are from the "brown stuff in pockets in the pegmatite". Indeed, the report acknowledges the pegmatite dykes "intrude into various rock-types" but clearly states the U-REE signature is from the pegmatite.
I appreciate your contribution based on substance to the board. It's always interesting to have your perspective. For now however, I'm more than happy with what I'm seeing from Hart's range. Early days of course.
