Again from the Nasdaq site:

"The NASDAQ Biotechnology Index includes securities of Nasdaq-listed companies classified according to the Industry Classification Benchmark as either Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals which also meet other eligibility criteria. The NASDAQ Biotechnology Index is calculated under a modified capitalization-weighted methodology."

Ok, so there's "other eligibility criteria".

If PRR is to be compared meaningfully, from an investment point of view (not a speculative point of view), with DNDN then it has to sit in the same index in fact it's unlikely that institutional investors would consider it until it does. Do any of you think that PRR has no ambitions to be listed in the Biotech index?

I think PRR wants very much to be listed in the Biotech Index and I am looking forward to the day.

kbear1 - share with us all the meaning of "Compliance Listing" and how it applies to PRR's Nasdaq listing.
