The new holder has mates that can buy up SGR if government permit!
it all comes down to intent !!!
I am betting this is going to come through solidly based on lots of holders with deep pockets just watching from the sidelines waiting for the ultimate deal for a greater share of this company!
Also once regulation applies to all then casino operators will be taking it in again so like Bruce said , this is a long term hold.
No it is not going to VA in my opinion as there’s a lot that can be done…
