OK I'll tell you, it's due in no small part to 100 Million in cash and because he's the business development manager and NOT THE EXPLORATION MANAGER. (I am not yelling here rather speaking very slowly and clearly). So A1 was dry, that's the game we're in. MEO managed to drill A1, and, although unsuccessful now has 100 million in the bank. A business that manages to substantially increase cash reserves despite a well failure sounds like a good business development plan to me.

If you're referring to Mr Robert Gard I have no idea if he was paid bonus or not, but considering his resposibility is
for managing existing JV relationships and agreements and he heads negotiations and analysis for existing and new business ventures, why shouldn't he get bonus?

Seems to me what he was charged with managing went very well.
