Defamation is the act of making a false statement that harms someone's reputation.

The statement is communicated to someone other than the person being defamed
The statement harms the person's reputation
The person being defamed is identified in the statement
The defendant is at fault
Sorry Borano, but if the company wanted to have a go at you, you wouldn't stand a chance in court becasue you have made numerous false and misleading statements, some on record by your own admission, written on a public forum. Your most recent comment on TK ticks all the boxes. I know of at least two others before I put you on "Ignore". You are clearly trying to damage the repuration of the company and some of its indvidual directors.
Furthermore, Hotcopper would also be at liability risk for publishing your comments
I don't know who you are and what is swirling around in your head, but embarking on an obsessive campaign against a company that you haven't even bothered to contact and question, is just plain wrong. It is obvioulsy something personal, and I would guess it is becasue you have lost money somewhere along the line with someone connected with the company.
I have backed this venture becasue it shows a lot of promise. It may, or may not, work but it is a good team and they are working hard. I reckon they are likely to book their first contract before the end of this quarter and that could make the current market cap look look cheap.
I would suggest you focus your time and efforts on looking for opportunities and making money, like the rest of us.
