PEP11 was halted on 15/4/21 when Scomo acquired the power to "administer" DISER. From that day forward until Scott Morrison was voted out, PEP11 could NOT be approved. Under the ALP, PEP11 will NOT be approved. This is despite all the boxes being ticked, and there being NO legal grounds to refuse. Ed Husic has been forbidden by Anthony Albanese from approving PEP11, and Ed Husic will NOT risk going against Albanese. Therefore, he will do nothing. The flawed OPGGS legislation gives him that ability, i.e. to do nothing.
Ed Husic will NOT announce a decision on PEP11.
In May 2024, PEP11 will be "back on track".
