Maybe I am missing something with DDR, but I have been a long term holder, like buy and forget, just collect divs every three months and be very happy about the capital gain over the years. But for the last 6 months there has been a steady decline in price and I do notice the directors have not been buying as usual when the price used to step back around the $9 mark. Any one have a feasible explanation for this current state of affairs? No doubt there will be a lot of surmises..
