Probably because the ppsa and extension are separate unrelated items. Ppsa will make a difference for a farm in however.
Very progressive of African countries trying to share their wealth for the benefit of their citizens.... unlike Australia who simply give it away for the benefit of corporations and foreign owners. I read one report stating that 15% of "onshore" gas extraction is meant to be reserved for Australian domestic consumption (this is legislated). Santos and woodside choose to sell most of it overseas instead and claim ignorance. Our politicians don't help. Surprising people look at corruption overseas but not in our own backyard.
