SPP’s are a common way to raise money with shareholders having the opportunity to not be diluted. Many did not take up that option and preferred to buy online. This ultimately costing their original holding a loss and further sinking the SP. ultimately that’s a share registry full of people hoping.
They need funding to progress. Simple as that.
