If you actually read my post, you will find that Acadia posted share sale profits to 'Other Income' over the years 2021,2022 and 2023. No evidence of collusion with Culper at all.
I can understand that cashflow could be a motive for Acadia to sell given its capex commitments, particularly Phase 3 trials of Trofinetide.
