Forgot to mention, of the main reasons I'm on this thread is because I'm an avid follower of booms, busts and rip-offs. I've got lots of books on the subject, and will be interested to see how it all pans out.

Everytime there's a bust you can read in the paper, about all the unsuspecting punters and for the last few years we've all read about, finance company crashes, overexposure to property, and excessive debt to name a few.

There's also the ponzi schemes like Madoff's that make for fascinating reading and wonder how the guy got so far, as tragic as it is.

A friend of mine has just been emptied out, for $500k, after ignoring my advice - true.

I'm not here to give advice or rubbish your investment, I hope you all do well, but one day it's gonna end-suddenly.
