About the 21 tons of waste, I flipped over the report and didn’t take much notice of it. Reason is that it is annual figures recurring in nature. If you are in food industry it is something that happens over and over, you just have to dump it. I saw this happening in Milk manufacturing and distribution industry. If you can reduce it is that is fine, but I don’t think you can avoid, only minimise.. These wastages are built into prices are accounted tear after year. It is a level field as everyone in the industry will face it. Thanks for pointing out.
