While I am banging on about this, I had another thought.
Lets say a company was interested in accumulating a large percentage. At $1.50, the price is going to be pushed up more slowly than it would be at 3c with sustained buying pressure.
This actually fits quite nicely with managements reasons for the consolidation.... Less volatility and appealing to "certain investors".
Time will tell.
