Looks like a very good appointment. I hope the New Rox can deliver good shareholder returns.
An interesting insight about these well paying executive roles. They actually do not grow on trees and those who hold those positions are fortunate to earn the decent $dollars they earn. This man’s LinkedIn page suggests he was looking for work for quite some time after leaving his previous role due to a takeover. This debunks the corporate rhetoric that these guys need to have oodles of free shares and other “incentives” thrown at them to do their jobs, that they are already well remunerated for.
