i have given you the tumps up for your post.

Maybe my post was too emotional?

Where I was disappointed with Alex was that:

    1. I do not believe that he got a response from ARM as he implied in D & D. Never confirmed.

    2. I recall Balilow quoted that NKP was not given a chance to respond to the so called Anglo legal case.

    3. Alex seemed to have blamed Maredi for the adverse Concourt decision. All previous court cases had been in Genorah's favor. Naturally there was an expectation by Genorah's legal people and NKP directors of success in the Concourt. Did Alex anticipate any risk when he recommended NKP? NO!

    4. Alex most likely did not think that Maredi and Peter Landau were telling the truth when they said that they knew nothing about any Garatau legal challenge. In fact they knew nothing as they were negotiating a deal with AngloPlats and were caught by surprise. How could they believe what they heard from secondary sources? Even AngloAmerican the parent of Angloplats was surprised that their subsidiary had taken some action.

    5. In his trip to Sth Africa Alex was so excited about the company prospects. He raved about it in D & D publications. Surely he should have done more homework before issuing a SELL recommendation.Everyone was still attempting to digest the Concourt decision and implication. It was all over his head due to a lack of experience in my opinion. He preferred to believe journalists such as Barry Sergeant rather than NKP directors. That's why i queried his credentials and Dr title.

    6. In my opinion Alex did not appreciate that BFS delays were as a result of negotiations with AngloPlats and ARM. How could NKP issue a BFS which was incomplete from the new JV partners viewpoint. Confidentially clauses most likely stopped NKP from wider communication to shareholders. We do not know what exactly was going on with either the first nor second BFS. There must have been good reason to suppress a status report. I bet Alex had some insight after all regular communication with Peter and Maredi. But maybe i am incorrect?

I am confident that all the incorrect "press" posted by journos, negative HC posters and Shapiro supporters will soon fade as the DMR gives a clearer signal to NKP / Genorah and international miners.

NKP will succeed in mining both Garatau and Tubatse.

Attendees at Indaba Conference next month will get excited that a new platinum miner will soon be established. The JSE listing will be welcomed by all including the Minister who will most likely attend the conference and have good news for investors interested in Sth African. The Communities will get work and new infrastructure. How great is that?

Again these are my views. Doubters and HC critics can ignore them for a few more days.
