    Honestly, I dont defend him.

    I defend my shares!

    Assuming you are right - he made a few bad calls.

    What do we do now?

    Replace him with another person?

    Who will replace him?

    What will you bee seeking in the new person? What are the criteria?

    How long will it take to get a new person? ie Selection process

    What will happen to the SB?

    What are the proposed incentives for the new comer?

    Will we be better off or worse off, with respect to time and money?

    The point is: it is easy to blame but it is hard to find a thorough comprehensive plan to resolve the problem.

    We cant whinge and whine at this stage - We need to beat up the drums! Welcoming new investors!

    Look on the positive side, the technical aspect is close to completion.
