So having said all this, do people reckon JH will make an announcment in pre-open tomorrow with regards to the SPP? Surely he has some obligation to release an update because the closing date was last Friday. If so, does anyone care to speculate what the update would entail?
For mine it's either:
1. Cancel SPP
2. Move back the closing date. In which case the date would have to be somewhere in June as there doesn't seem to be much on the horizon for CTP with regards to price senstive news, JV partner speculation aside.
3. Completely overhaul the SPP and adjust it to something like
IMO, it's either 1 or 3. And why would they just cancel the SPP when they need funds ASAP. 3 it is? What price do people reckon is fair? 4cents would give about a 20% discount to the VWAP. That's my guess at least.
