Well I heard it from the horses mouth today. I was chatting to a fellow who by the way isnt married and doesnt have kids and he has two investment propereties in Mosman Sydney. He asked me my views on property and being one of the BIGGEST PROPERTY BEARS around (except buying in towns with imminent productive world class mines near them} I told him . His reply to me in a cocky manner was that HIS MORTGAGE BROKER has recommended he buy another investment property and he also said his properties had increased in value by $100K in the past year. He thought I was totally unrealistic in my views and he could not understand my negative sentiment.
The age of this fellow is 34 YEARS OLD------------
