    Its totally normally for companies to replace poor performing executives. To say that we should tolerate poor performance because its more convenient is not in the best interest of the company.

    Why ask me who should replace him? I dont know but I can bet there are people who do know. Executive recruitment is a common thing so stop making out like it isn't.

    How much worse can it get? DM wiped our investments by more than half in what was an amatuer move. Not only that he has failed dismally to add any value up to this point. What exactly is brilliant (your word) about him?

    Id be happy to take the pain of terminating him while the board find another director. We still have 18 to 24 months at least to run, ample time for new leadership.

    Why is it up to me to promote the company, when our own leadership dont do it?

    Where is Dave? Where is the promotion? Why isnt he spruiking this from the roof tops.

    Hard to be positive when the company is run by people who lack competence and accountability.
