the report they referenced is dated Feb 2023 (what have they done in two years?)... but it does have this as point 2 of Exec Summary. Someone from Lumos should have been sitting in their office waiting room since Feb 2023.
You gotta be dogged to get to the top. I camped outside J-Lo's house (not there anymore) for three years before she finally agreed to swear at me. I was hoping for marriage, but a curse word was a start.
